YCARES meets monthly at the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office - Conference Room. The meeting starts at 7:00pm on the fourth Thursday of the month.
We also encourage all YCARES MEMBERS and GUESTS to check-in to our weekly training net on the YCARES Repeater 441.800(PL 100). Every Monday night at 7:30PM (1930 HRS). Check out our Net Control page to see other frequencies that we use.

Directions to the YCSO conference room:

From the North:

Take Hwy 99W South to the Hwy 18 JCT and turn left just before the yellow flashing light. Follow Hwy 18 for several miles until you come to a traffic light past the McMinnville Airport & Air Museum. Continue straight through the traffic light, merging right at the McMinnville Exit. This is Three Mile Lane which turns into Third Street. Continue on Third Street into town until you reach Evans Street, turn right and continue to Fifth Street, two blocks. At the stop sign the YC Courthouse will be across the street on your right. YCSO is just behind the courthouse in a courtyard. Enter the courtyard from Evans Street and go to the back door on the left side; this is the YCSO conference room where we meet.

From the South:

Hwy 99W, exit onto Hwy18 North bound just before entering in to McMinnville. Take the first exit to McMinnville, it will take you to the light mentioned in the above directions turn left at the light and follow the above directions. Hwy 18, follow the above directions after passing the first McMinnville exit and passing under Hwy 99W.

You can also take 99W into McMinnville form Amity or Hwy 18 into McMinnville before Lowe's (first exit), which turns into Hwy 99W at the second light. Stay on this road for two miles until you reach Fifth Street then turn right and go to Evans Street, then left. This will put you in front of the YCSO.
