Toggle Yes or No using the Tab key.
The default is Yes.

Yes:
   The radio will stop scanning on a
   channel with the correct Channel
   Guard.

No:
   The radio will ignore Channel
   Guard and scan for carrier
                              2 of 2
   activity (noise squelch 
   operation) only.
